Peter Chan has over 20 years of senior financial and operational experience in the Canadian financial services industry and technology industry. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer of a Toronto-based software development company, which provides IT solutions to leading national grocery retailers in Canada. Previously, Peter was Chief Financial Officer of Connor Clark Private Trust Company, a financial intermediary and wealth management firm, and Connor Clark Ltd., a publicly-traded financial services company with over $2.5 billion of assets. Peter is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant (U.S.A.).
