Mintz Fund Services LP has agreed to sell its fund services business to Commonwealth Fund Services Ltd. with an expected closing date of January 31, 2008.

Mintz Fund Services LP is based in Toronto and provides onshore and offshore fund structuring and administration to a variety of hedge funds and alternative investment funds.

Commonwealth Fund Services Ltd. is a member of the Caledon Trust family of companies.  Caledon Trust is a federally chartered Canadian trust company based in Toronto.
